Buildings currently waste 35% of the energy they consume. While smart buildings generate massive amounts of data, unfortunately, most of this data goes unused beyond basic reporting. These buildings are intricate and, to date, haven't demonstrated their full effectiveness due to their significant reliance on human intervention. Facility managers often struggle to navigate the complexity of these systems. Introducing Bandora, a revolutionary virtual facility manager that goes beyond the ordinary. It supersedes standard Air Conditioning Auto Modes, offering superior performance and delivering better results. Functioning like a seasoned facility manager with 40 years of experience in the same building, Bandora makes decisions every 5 minutes. It determines when to activate or deactivate systems, sets the optimal comfort temperature, and decides whether heating or cooling is needed. In essence, Bandora operates as a super facility manager, leveraging advanced algorithms to optimize building conditions and energy efficiency.
