Habitech - Distretto Tecnologico Trentino

Habitech is the Italian cluster organization and leading sustainability consultancy in the field of green buildings, renewable energy and innovation. Promoted by the Autonomous Province of Trento and recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research, Habitech performs a wide range of sustainability services for the built environment: green building rating systems (i.e., LEED, BREEAM, WELL), energy audit, decarbonization and carbon footprint assessment, ESG analysis and EU-Taxonomy compliance for buildings and real estate assets. As a cluster, Habitech brings together almost 130 members, mostly SMEs from the construction and energy value chain, but also universities, research centre and municipalities. Cluster's members are involved in business activities and innovation development initiatives at regional, national and European level. Habitech has been involved in several EU projects over the last ten years. In recent years has been a partner in 5 Horizon 2020 projects, encompassing different roles, from technical-environmental analysis to stakeholder engagement, C&D management, training and event management. In some cases, cluster members are involved as associated partners with their distinctive technical expertise.
