Given our extensive R&D infrastructure and proven track record in delivering cutting-edge solutions across different sectors, we are actively seeking potential partners to collaborate on the following calls:

Relevant Horizon JU-CBE 2025 Calls for ASELSAN's Expertise

  1. IAFlag-02: Bio-based Drop-ins/Smart Drop-in Platform Chemicals via Cost-effective, Sustainable and Resource-efficient Conversion of Biomass

    • ASELSAN’s Expertise: We bring a wealth of experience in advanced material engineering and sustainable technologies, making us a strong partner in the development of cost-effective and resource-efficient processes for bio-based chemicals. Our expertise in energy efficiency and resource optimization aligns perfectly with this call.

    • Partner Collaboration: We are seeking partners in the fields of biotechnology, chemical engineering, and bioprocess optimization to jointly develop sustainable solutions for bio-based chemicals.

  2. IAFlag-04: Retrofitting of (Bio)Refineries Industrial Plants Towards Higher-value Bio-based Products

    • ASELSAN’s Expertise: ASELSAN’s capabilities in industrial plant optimization, system engineering, and advanced manufacturing technologies can significantly contribute to retrofitting bio-refineries for higher-value bio-based products.

    • Partner Collaboration: We invite partners from refinery technologies, bio-based product development, and advanced automation systems to explore innovative solutions for refinery retrofitting.

  3. IA-04: Cost-effective and Robust Continuous Biotech Bio-based Processes

    • ASELSAN’s Expertise: ASELSAN has strong expertise in biotech process optimization, automation, and AI/ML-driven solutions, which can be leveraged to develop continuous, robust, and scalable bio-based processes.

    • Partner Collaboration: We are looking for partners with expertise in biotechnology, continuous process engineering, and bioprocess scale-up to advance this call and ensure cost-effectiveness and robustness.

  4. RIA-01: Valorisation of Untapped Forest Biomass

    • ASELSAN’s Expertise: ASELSAN’s strengths in AI and machine learning (ML) can be utilized to improve biomass valorization processes, identifying novel methods to convert forest biomass into valuable products.

    • Partner Collaboration: We seek partners in biomass processing, data analytics, and sustainable materials to jointly work on advancing the valorization of untapped forest biomass.

  5. RIA-02: Bio-based and Biodegradable Delivery Systems for Fertilizing Products to Reduce Microplastic Pollution & Promote Soil Health

    • ASELSAN’s Expertise: ASELSAN’s experience in advanced material science and biodegradable materials positions us as a key partner for developing bio-based and biodegradable delivery systems that promote environmental sustainability and reduce microplastic pollution.

    • Partner Collaboration: We are eager to partner with experts in sustainable agriculture, biodegradable polymers, and soil health technologies to develop innovative solutions that address microplastic pollution.

  6. RIA-03: Alternative Biomanufacturing Routes for Natural and Synthetic Rubber

    • ASELSAN’s Expertise: Our expertise in sustainable manufacturing technologies and alternative material development positions ASELSAN as an ideal partner in exploring and scaling alternative biomanufacturing routes for natural and synthetic rubber.

    • Partner Collaboration: We invite partners from biomanufacturing, material science, and chemical engineering to collaborate on creating new biomanufacturing processes for sustainable rubber production.
