The Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) is part of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH). The mission of HIT is to provide state of the art research and create innovation in the field of Transport in Greece and in Europe. Also to provide services that produce scientific results, implementable outcomes and specialized knowledge, to support policy and decision making in the field of Transport in Greece. CERTH/HIT also hosts Thessaloniki Smart Mobility Living Lab that is core member of European Network of Living Labs (ENoLL).

About me

Maria Konstantinidou is urban planner with MSc degrees in Transport management, Environmental planning and Business Administration. Since 2018 she is research associate in Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT/CERTH), participating in several national and European mobility related projects. Within Thessaloniki Smart MobilityLiving Lab she is dealing with topics related to the implementation of Living Lab methodologies, stakeholders’ capacity building and users’ engagement strategies in mobility.
