Ilosta, based in Glasgow, has developed a ground-breaking, data analytics platform (Crack Map™) for the inspection and life assessment of engineering structures. Our software provides accurate predictions of the volumetric extent of defects based only on visual inspection. Ilosta's technology converts uploaded data into a fully rendered 3D model for the client. The technology detects, classifies, and provides a map of all the defects. Identified defects are thoroughly evaluated using Ilosta’s physics-based model, providing a complete analysis of the customer’s asset. This approach reduces the statutory inspection procedure from months to days, and eliminates many of the risks, costs, and complexities associated with the methods that are currently on the market.
