About me
With over 25 years in international development, I bring deep expertise in country operations, institutional reform, and post-crisis recovery—primarily focused on Ukraine and Eastern Europe. My work with the World Bank, UN agencies, and private sector initiatives has centered on forging partnerships, enhancing development effectiveness, and driving inclusive, people-centered reconstruction.
I specialize in operational strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination—particularly in fragile and conflict-affected settings. I’ve led initiatives to strengthen governance, improve social cohesion, and embed conflict sensitivity and inclusion across development portfolios.
I’m attending the Ukraine Reconstruction Forum to connect with partners committed to a resilient, ethical, and forward-looking recovery. I offer insight into IFI coordination, project structuring, and building bridges between institutions, local actors, and communities.
I believe that Ukraine’s reconstruction is not only about rebuilding physical infrastructure, but renewing institutions, restoring trust, and laying the foundations for inclusive, sustainable development.
