About

DutchPowerGroup’s small, decentralized, and scalable waste-to-energy modules—Chameleon (grate combustion) and Phoenix (fluidized bed)—offer an efficient and sustainable solution for converting municipal, agricultural, and industrial waste into energy. Designed to process 75-150 tonnes of waste per day (25,000-50,000 tonnes annually), these plants generate up to 5 MWe per hour per line while complying with strict European and World Bank environmental standards. The modular design ensures adaptability to various waste streams, with features including steam and power generation, potential cooling, and a streamlined operational structure. Occupying approximately 3 hectares, the facilities operate 24/7 for 11 months nonstop with a dedicated team and follow strict regulatory compliance, including the Waste Framework Directive and Industrial Emissions Directive. With a construction timeline of 6-12 months and an efficiency rate of 23%, DutchPowerGroup’s waste-to-energy plants align with the UN’s sustainability goals by transforming waste streams into electricity and other valuable byproducts, reducing landfill dependence and supporting local energy infrastructure while fostering job creation and environmental sustainability. Our technology is ideal for UN agencies, NGOs, and companies engaged in sustainable infrastructure projects worldwide.

DutchPowerGroup offers a proven, scalable approach to waste management, energy access, and climate resilience—critical priorities for international development initiatives and procurement programs. Partner with us to drive impact and innovation in global waste-to-energy solutions.
