Barolo DOCG Castelletto

100% Nebbiolo from the Cru of Castelletto in Monforte d’Alba. The vineyard, at 350 meters above sea level, is exposed to the south-east and steeply sloped with mostly limestone soil that gives a rich and elegant wine. Aged in oak cask for 24 months, the color is garnet red and the bouquet is floral. On the palate the wine is very elegant with present but fine-grained tannins.
