Tasting notes

Ruby red to the glass, slightly garnet at the rim. Delicate and fragrant is the olfactory bouquet, composed of floral hints of roses and violets, fruity tones of raspberries and wild strawberries, and balsamic hints. The palate continues in the footsteps of the nose, revealing itself to be balanced, rightly tannic and of good length.

Pairings

Drinking throughout a meal, it goes well with meat-based second courses. Excellent with roast turkey.
