My organisation
About me
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the banking industry, I have consistently demonstrated expertise in various domains, including private banking, marketing and sales support, international banking, deposit and investment products, credit cards, payment services, and daily banking.
Throughout my career, I have been at the forefront of project management, specializing in the implementation of new products. My strategic planning skills have played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of organizations. I am adept at preparing comprehensive documents and analyses for both management boards and supervisory boards, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
With a career marked by resilience and dedication, I undertook a new chapter in my professional journey in response to the Russian aggression in Ukraine. In the aftermath of this challenging period, I assumed the role of Project Manager at ITSkills4U, an educational initiative conducted in collaboration with Amazon Web Services. This transformative project is specifically designed for Ukrainian citizens, including refugees, seeking to broaden their job opportunities in non-IT roles, transition to the IT sector, or advance their IT careers.
At ITSkills4U, I spearheaded a comprehensive program that encompasses AWS Cloud training and certification, English and Polish language classes, mentorship initiatives, and facilitated access to job opportunities. The impact of the program has been profound, with over 19,000 learners registering, demonstrating a keen interest in expanding their skill sets.
