Junior Controller I Ceramics Division (m/f) I Full-time or Part-time

The Ceramics Division of the LASSELSBERGER Group is one of the leading European manufacturers of wall and floor tiles with strong local brands and is currently looking for a motivated Junior Controller (m/f) to join our dynamic team! As a Junior Controller, you will support the controlling team in the financial management and strategic analysis of the company’s performance.

Your main tasks include:

• Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of regular reports, including the compilation of relevant KPI's and performance indicators to transparently present business development.

• Ad-hoc Analyses: Conducting ad-hoc analyses to support management in operational and strategic decisions.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and ongoing forecasts; supporting the identification of deviations between planned and actual values and developing measures to optimize results.

• Project Controlling: Supporting and participating in cross-departmental projects.

Your profile:

• Academic Qualification: Ongoing or completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable field - initial practical experience in controlling is an advantage.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and good numerical understanding - initial experience in analyzing and interpreting financial data is an advantage.

• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel - initial experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and Power BI is an advantage.

• Language: Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
