Embedded Software Engineer f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaboration in the development of firmware & software for aerosol and particle measurement devices (microcontroller, embedded Linux, FPGA, CoM/SoM)

• Support in software requirements management with product management and the development team over the entire product life cycle

• Collaboration in the implementation of automated unit, integration and device tests

• Support in the maintenance and expansion of the DevOps system and release management

• Participation in the continuous improvement of software quality and security

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical education (Secondary Technical College, University of Applied Sciences, Technical University) with a focus on computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or a related field

• First knowledge of the languages C and C++ as well as in embedded Linux development in the course of your education advantageous

• First points of contact with Azure DevOps, Git, Artifactory, Xray and SonarCube desirable

• Interest in the development of mechatronic systems and measuring devices (knowledge of electronics desirable)

• Good knowledge of English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €50.400,00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
