About me
Kathleen Philips has joined Tusk IC in April 2025, as new CEO. She brings 3 decades of leadership in semicon R&D for wireless, RF and analog applications. From 2007 till early 2025, she has held various leadership positions at imec, including VP of IC design, managing director of imec's operations in Eindhoven and Program director,. In all these roles, she has been working in close collaboration with industry and research partners. From 1995 till 2007, she was working at the Philips research labs on developments for audio and low power design. Kathleen holds a PhD from Eindhoven University of Technology and an MSc from KU-Leuven.
