I am an accomplished industrial chemistry engineer with over two decades of combined experience in academia and industry. I spent 5 years as a university lecturer and 17 years in the industrial sector, where I developed extensive expertise in quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management. My commitment to lifelong learning has driven me to pursue a second master’s degree in innovation management, complementing my existing academic and professional background.

Currently, I serve as the Manager of Project Development and Innovation at Cluster Mecatronic Tunisia. In this role, I lead initiatives to foster collaboration and innovation in the mechatronics sector. I focus on creating sustainable and innovative ecosystems by promoting open collaboration among universities, companies, and support organizations.

I am passionate about bridging the gap between research and industry, driving meaningful impact through innovation, and inspiring others to embrace creative problem-solving and forward-thinking approaches.
