Johannes Edlbacher is a Partner within the Austrian Financial Services Tax Team and has more than 19 years of experience in financial services.
He is specialized in tax advice for financial institutions, investment funds, real estate funds and fund managers. Additionally, Johannes has extensive knowledge in the taxation of income from capital assets including crypto assets.
Johannes is a certified tax advisor, a regular speaker at various seminars and author within the Financial Services industry. He is a member of the Austrian Chamber of Accountants’ task force focusing on the taxation of income from capital asset and of the working group “Investment Funds” of the Austrian Institute of Auditors.
