About
Libuša Tencerová works as a traineeship coordinator in DG Translation of the European Commission, where she oversees the various traineeship programmes. Her responsibilities include supporting host units in selection procedures, designing learning packages and guiding trainees throughout their placement. Prior to this role, she worked as a web translator in the Slovak Language Department in DG Translation. Before joining the Commission, she was a consultant for an EU affairs company in Brussels. Libuša holds law degrees from both Slovakia and Belgium.
My organisation
The Directorate-General for Translation translates texts for the European Commission into and out of the EU's 24 official languages, and a few others when needed. The department deals exclusively with written texts.
