Natalia Gorbachevskaya

Natalia Tkachenko-Horbachevska is the CEO and co-founder of Task Force, a language service company established in 2011 and with offices in Warsaw (Poland), Kyiv (Ukraine) and New York (USA). The company has been ranked among the top 5 fastest-growing companies in the sector globally and the top 20 language service providers in Eastern Europe (CSA Research 2024). Natalia divides her time between Warsaw and Geneva, where she is currently pursuing her EMBA at the University of Geneva. 

Natalia is both a linguist and a lawyer by training, with over 10 years of experience in a senior marketing role at a global law firm. The company she runs with her husband offers a range of services including translation, OCR and DTP, interpretation, subtitling, sworn translations, localisation of e-learning materials, and more, in over 200 language pairs. Task Force has extensive expertise in serving industries such as pharmaceuticals and healthcare, legal, IT, energy and oil & gas, metallurgy, machinery, agriculture, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). The company is certified according to ISO 27001 and ISO 17100. Natalia and her team work daily to make this originally Ukrainian company truly international.
