2nd MSRG Meeting

The 2nd MSRG meeting takes place, as a full-day physical meeting, on 14 October 2025 at the EIT House in Brussels.

Kindly note that as per the MSRG Rules of Procedure, travel and accommodation for the Representatives will be arranged by the EIT via its contractor.

Taking advantage of your presence in Brussels, you are cordially invited to the EIT Education & Skills Days, which will take place on 15-16 October 2025 at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Brussels. Kindly note that to secure your participation at the EIT Education & Skills Days, you need to register here. 

Representatives are asked to indicate travel preferences via online registration as soon as possible, latest EOB 2 October 2025.

In practical terms, the MSRG Secretariat via its contractor will arrange and cover:

• an economy return flight/1st class train between your residence/station of employment and Brussels – in case of attending the EIT Education & Skills Days, a prolonged window for return flights from 13 to 17 October will be accepted.

• a maximum of 2 nights’ accommodation with check-in: 13 October 2025, check-out: 15 October 2025 – in case of attending the EIT Education & Skills Days, any extra nights, and allowances beyond 15 October (morning) will have to be covered by your administration.

We kindly ask those Representatives who will attend the meeting but will not need the EIT to arrange travel to also register online.
