Trends in Security and Safety of the Project Solutions
Thanks to new technologies, users of safety and security systems are exposed to risks which can be managed in new ways. In the keynote presentation, we will be presenting new and upcoming trends in the security industry which are going to create new demands from end-users, installers, and designers.
Video surveillance is developing new analysis possibilities. New tools for this purpose are AI, neural-based and edge analytics. Access control is moving towards mobile credentials and touchless biometrics. Intrusion alarm systems are developing toward wireless, integration with automation (KNX, Modbus, etc.) and linkage with cameras as intrusion detectors. Contemporary fire alarm systems can manage all related systems to ensure maximum safety for people. Networking and IP connectivity are a precondition for that. Cloud-based solutions, cyber and communication security, and SaaS are trends that cover all safety and security systems.
No matter which system or function is needed, all participants in its implementation should use the newest technologies in projects to make them appropriate for contemporary risks and to avoid making them prematurely obsolete in the upcoming years.
