How to Register for Africagua 2025 B2B Meetings
On this page, you will find step-by-step information about the registration process, and the meetings methodology, as well as useful tips to prepare your best profile in order to find the best matches for your organisation.
Prepare the Registration
These are the steps to follow before you can schedule a meeting:

Gather all the information about your organisation, such as the contact person, the organisation public presentation.

Register via the 'Register now' button on this page.

Fill the profile information with the most accurate information about the organisation. Have in mind that the provided information will be used to find the best matches for your organisation. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. Do not forget to add a pitch, biography, your skills, and interests to your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

Marketplace/Opportunities ( Product, Services, Technology, Cooperation, etc.) section can be filled if you are interested in offering product/services/technologies and/or request collaborators, agents, etc. Please contact with your support office if you requiere advice to complete this section.

Once you have completed the registration process, submit your profile.

Deadlines
Registration and submission of profiles until 17th November 2025.
Online selection of face-to-face meetings: 3rd November to 21st November 2025.
Profile Validation and Search
Once you have submitted your registration, our team will validate your profile. If it is approved, you will be notified.
Now you can browse the profiles of attendees. Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
You can use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the My Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.
The Enterprise Europe Network will assist you to arrange your meetings and find the most accurate matches for your needs and interests.
Schedule Meetings
In the Agenda section, you will find the forum entire agenda, as well as the spots available for B2B meetings. In their description, you will find a brief description of the process to schedule your meetings from your profile dashboard. Select a B2B meeting spot considering the forum timing. If you have found the perfect spot for your meeting to take place, it is time to schedule a meeting following the provided instructions in the agenda description.
You can access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!
All meetings will have a maximum length of 30 minutes each. If you choose to schedule an on-site meeting, on the 20th and 21st of November, the Enterprise Europe Network team will assist you on the spot.
