For your information, once the registration to the event has been done, it is very important to select the different activities in your agenda. The registration is completly free but mandatory. Do not forget to register to the different sessions in the agenda (details coming soon) and to the virtual b2b meetings (from 12th to 16th April).
If you need any help to find a hotel, don't hesitate to contact us at chloe.chiappone@wagralim.be. We will send you a list of hotels in Namur close to the attending venue. If you would like to stay at the IBIS hotel in the Ecolys building where the event will be held, please contact us. We offer a 10% discount code on the daily rate with breakfast.
In case of no-show and to avoid food waste, if we are not notified 24 hours before the event of your absence with written proof, please note that we will be obliged to charge you a penalty of 50 euros.
