The most recent wildfire in LA was the most expensive climate-related catastrophe in US history. Further, wildfire accounts for approximately 15% of global CO2 emissions. This is why I'm currently working on utilizing AI- and drone technology to monitor and control prescribed burns, one of the most promising ways to mitigate wildfire risk.
