Eker manufactures high performance bicycles with frames handmade from sustainably sourced materials. Our mission is to improve the cycling experience while reducing carbon emissions and contributing to a better society where we work. Our frames are made of select pieces of sustainably sourced Ugandan highland bamboo leaving a minimal climate footprint. Results show a 93 % reduction in net greenhouse gas emissions from an Eker bicycle frame compared to an aluminium alternative. We are looking for partners in hospitality, tourism, adventure sport and elsewhere, interested in true environmental and social sustainability.
