Fabiola Duro

An accomplished individual with 15 years of experience focused on national and international economic developments for startups, MSMEs, SMEs, and Corporates. With in-depth knowledge of innovation research, project implementation, and business strategy development, I worked as a B2B, and G2B consultant, lead business designer, and innovation mentor. Being versatile and enthusiastic during my career I assisted both local and international organizations in different projects cooperations such as the EU, Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tirana Municipality, Advice for Small Businesses at EBRD, EU for Innovation|SRD|ProSeed -GIZ, Swiss EP, UNDP, World Bank, European Enterprise Network (EEN), etc. As a founder of INNVEST, IMAA, and TalentsLink our team mindset also goes toward empowering women in entrepreneurial, leadership, and innovative levels. She is also the National Expert of the SMEs' Performance Review 2016-2023 compilation & assessment of SMEs' national policies and national implementation progress of the SBA Review in Albania by the European Commission. We look forward to further improving the team’s leadership skills while taking a co-lead role in strategic projects. My experience has taught me that success relies on making different teams work efficiently together toward actionable plans.
