Short biography:
2000 Master's degree in automation engineering, with honors, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Szczecin University of Technology;
2000 – 2003 - assistant at the Institute of Electrical Machines, Drives and Railways at the Technical University of Braunschweig (Germany) - member of the research team of the DYNASTORE program, synthesis and design of the control and power supply system for a switchable reluctance machine as an electromechanical converter of a kinetic energy storage device
2004 obtaining a PhD degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Szczecin University of Technology in the discipline of Electrical Engineering; with honors
2005 employed at the Institute of Electrical Engineering as an assistant professor
2007 head of the Electrical Machines and Drives Department
2008 Vice-Dean for Organization and Development
2015 habilitation in the discipline of Electrical Engineering
2018 award in the Technical Review competition "golden engineer", 2018,
2019 – appointment to the University Council,
2019 award in the "personality of the year" competition at the "Elektrotechnika 2019" fair in the "science" category,
2019 establishment of mPower Sp. z o. o., taking over the position of president of the management board
2020 – 2022 – the company acquires 3 projects worth approx. PLN 13 million
2021 - the company obtains the ISO certificate from the renowned BSI agency
2022 – the company wins the Szczecin_up competition in Szczecin!
2022 – winner of the "Perły Biznesu" competition
