Finnish Minerals Group (FMG) is a state-owned company managing the Finnish government's mining assets, and creating and further developing a battery industry value chain in Finland. As an investor, FMG seeks to form partnerships with the aim of maximizing the value of Finnish minerals responsibly. FMG holds the majority share of the mining company Terrafame, which is Europe’s largest Nickel producer currently producing battery grade Nickel and Cobalt sulphates from our own mine in Finland. FMG also holds shares in other SSW Keliber (Spodumene mining and Lithium hydroxide production), Sokli (junior mine focusing on Rare Earth Elements, Phosphate and Niobium), Easpring New Materials Finland (NMC Cathode Active Materials) and CNGR Finland (precursor Cathode Active Materials).
