Best of Biotech 2025 Award Ceremony

We aim at certifying this year’s aws Best of Biotech award in accordance with the Ecolabel guidelines for Green Meetings and Green Events. To comply with these guidelines, we are taking various visible and invisible measures.

We would be grateful if you as participant/guest would approve of these efforts and support them through your actions.

• The entire invitation and registration process is conducted digitally. Please refrain from printing out the invitation.
• We try to make the journey to the event with public transport as easy as possible. If possible, please opt for an environmentally friendly mode of transportation. All relevant information can be found in the "venue & arrival" section.
• The event location, Erste Bank Campus, as well as the catering provider, Eventery, are certified through the Austrian Ecolabel.
• Name badges will be collected and reused next year.
• Sustainability is prioritized when it comes to decoration. For instance, the choice of flowers is based on seasonality and regionality.
• Please separate your waste via the organized collection points offered onsite.
• We are happy to support people with disabilities (mobility impairments, chronic illnesses, as well as hearing and visual impairments) according to their individual needs. Please inform us in advance by sending an e-mail to the address provided below.

• Please support and actively participate in the Green Meeting measures.
