After the success of Bridge2Food Europe 2024, where we welcomed over 600 industry experts, including senior R&D, Technical, and Innovation leaders, we are excited to return to the Fokker Terminal in 2025! This year, we are bringing back the highly successful co-location of Course Europe and Summit Europe, creating an even more powerful platform for collaboration, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

DAY 1: Tuesday 3rd June
Dive into a day packed with technical innovations and the latest developments in alternative proteins and plant-based food & drink alternatives sector. Engage with industry pioneers and delve into the future of food R&D. Deep dive into the functionalities and properties of alternative proteins, as well as look at new technologies that can enhance products.
DAY 2 & 3: Wednesday 4th - Thursday 5th June
Spanning two days, this Summit will address the most pressing issues concerning the alternative proteins and plant-based food & drink alternatives sector. The programme will include presentations on the industry's economic challenges and will highlight future opportunities and innovations in plant-based alternatives, precision fermentation, and cultivated technologies. We will focus on the questions of affordability, taste & texture, and nutritional value of sustainable food & drink products of today & tomorrow.
