How It Works - Instructions for Use
Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration.
20 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Create your participant profile
To increase your visibility on the platform, create a clear and concise participant profile. Your profile should include:

A brief introduction of who you are and your core competencies/tasks.

If applicable, describe our digital health product/service

Identify the types of profiles you want to meet.
Your profile will be published and promoted on this website. A well-crafted profile will attract more meeting requests.
3) Set up a marketplace for your product/service
To increase awareness for our digital health solution, we highly recommend expanding your participant profile by creating a marketplace entry. This will increase our visibility.
Display what you are looking for and what you can offer to potential partners. You can add multiple offers or requests. The more detailed your entries, the more suitable meeting requests you will receive.
Please remember that the information you present in your marketplace entry and profile will be publicly available, so do not share confidential information.
4) Browse Profiles and the Marketplace
Explore the participants list and marketplace to find potential matches. If you find someone you would like to meet or learn more about, you can send them a message via the B2Match platform.
5) Send and Receive Meeting Requests
You can send and receive meeting requests via the B2Match platform. The meetings will occur either in person at the event on 29 October, between 09:30 and 16:30, or online 1 day before and 1 day after the Conference.
It is important to note that meeting requests should be accepted or declined. Only those meetings that are accepted will be scheduled.
The person invited to a meeting can choose a timeslot for the meeting when accepting it. By default, the B2Match system will suggest the earliest available common timeslot. However, any other common timeslot offered by the system can be chosen.
6) Access your meetings
Access your meetings through the "My Agenda" or "Meetings" sections, where you will find your complete schedule and the list of your meetings.
For Online Meetings: Ensure your camera and microphone are working properly. Be on time!
For On-Site Meetings:

At the scheduled meeting time, go to the designated meeting area.

Check-in with the event staff or facilitator at the entrance of the meeting area for instructions.

They will guide you to your meeting table and introduce you to your meeting partner(s).

Make sure to bring any necessary materials or documents for your meeting.

Respect the allocated meeting time to ensure smooth transitions for subsequent meetings.
