Multi-stakeholder partnerships for sustainability

I am Lina Vosyliute, founder of Heartwarmingly, a consultancy focused on evidence-based social innovations. With experience as a Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and a Researcher at Visionary Analytics in Vilnius, I specialize in migration and asylum governance, anti-racism, minority rights, and sustainability.

I bring together business, civil society, and academia to co-create social innovations that promote diversity, mobility, human rights, good governance, and sustainability.

I focus on multistakeholder partnerships, that are crucial for EU-funded business projects as they bring together diverse expertise and resources, ensuring comprehensive and innovative solutions.

These collaborations help to improve the social and environmental impacts, to reduce fragmentation in research and innovation, and enhance the overall sustainability of projects. Research has shown that by engaging multiple sectors, we can align business goals with social and environmental objectives, making a meaningful contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) , while also improving the chances of securing EU funding12.

I have co-authored over 40 publications and excel in designing and moderating high-level conferences and consensus-building exercises. My work with public institutions, foundations, and NGOs across various countries has given me a global perspective on social impact.

My research and interventions support businesses in making meaningful social impacts beyond ESG reporting or CSDDD compliance. I enable businesses to shift from a ‘gap analysis’ mindset to one of ‘gain,’ fully aligned with their values.

My extensive experience in research, advocacy, and strategic facilitation uniquely positions me to co-create impactful partnerships with the purpose-driven businesses.
