FundingBox Accelerator (FBA) is the innovation and business accelerator arm of ‘The Funding Box Group’, a Pan-European Group comprising more than 100 professionals with hubs in Spain, Denmark, Poland and the Czech Republic.
FBA is a Polish non-profit private entity supporting, promoting and launching technological & innovative ‘scale ups’ (high-growth SMEs or startups) initiatives in Europe. FBA is the European leader in Open Calls and Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) management. FBA has managed 136 International Open Calls since 2014 (45 more are already scheduled for coming years in the framework of running projects). FBA has been responsible for managing FSTP in 45 Projects, having distributed over 110M€ since 2014 and having signed 1162 Agreements with Third Parties receiving Financial Support.
FBA provides business support within Incubation and Acceleration programmes for scale-ups. Also FBA provides scouting, screening and matchmaking activities either in public funded projects or as a result of agreement with specific corporates.
FBA (as a part of FundingBox Group) provides a community of communities with over 55,600 innovators where entrepreneurs, makers and innovators meet, interact and collaborate to grow their projects. It builds different communities around innovative technologies and verticals such as AI, Robotics, Cybersecurtiy, Smart Manufacturing, Smart Mobility, Circular economy, Cultural Heritage, Blockchain, Next Generation Internet and Digital Emerging Technologies.
FundingBox has a strong presence in the innovation ecosystem of the Widening Countries where we support the implementation of DIHs such as Poland (by participating in EDIH Mazovia and Silesia Smart Systems DIH); Wester Balkans (through Regional Cooperation Council); Kosovo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ukraine and Moldova (through public tenders) and a strong connection with DIHs from the rest of Widening Countries through EU Projects focused in Widening countries such as BOWI.
EU Projects Expert at FundingBox. Master degree in Administration (Warsaw University of Technology) and in Finance and Accountancy (Warsaw University of Life Sciences). Since 2008 she has been involved in Polish National Grants design and management for public bodies and SMEs, later in innovation, IT and R&D related projects (national and international scale), obtaining over 30 million Euros for external clients.
I joined Econet Group (now the FundingBox Group) in 2012. Since September 2020 works in R&I innovation-related projects design for European Work Programmes: defining open calls and FSTP approach, partners mapping and other services like support programmes or communication & dissemination activities.
