Horizon Europe Online Matchmaking for Cluster 6 - Calls 2026

Brussels, Belgium

Welcome to the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls 2026 Brokerage Platform

Are you gearing up to submit a project proposal to Horizon Europe's Cluster 6? Looking to identify suitable project partners?

On 21 January 2026, the CARE4BIO network of National Contact Points for Cluster 6 will organise an on-site networking event in Brussels for the upcoming 2026 calls in Horizon Europe Cluster 6, 'Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment'. This event complements the European Commission's Cluster 6 Info Days for the 2026 calls, which took place online on 22 and 23 January.

The CARE4BIO brokerage event (#CARE4BIOBrokerage) on 21 January 2026 and the subsequent matchmaking activities are dedicated to forming consortia. The objective is to bring together all the relevant stakeholders who intend to apply for funding in the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls for 2026. This platform enables bilateral meetings between participants from Europe and beyond who are interested in the same topics and are seeking to share new project ideas and find collaboration partners. Thus, the brokerage event and this digital infrastructure will help you build your consortium for the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls in 2026.

You can pre-arrange the bilateral meetings by using a user-friendly matchmaking tool based on the profiles of other participants.

Thematic focus:

The networking focuses on the following Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls for 2026:

  • Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services

  • Fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food systems from primary production to consumption

  • Circular economy and bioeconomy sectors

  • Clean environment and zero pollution

  • Land, ocean and water for climate action

  • Resilient, inclusive, healthy and green rural, coastal and urban communities

  • Innovative governance, environmental observations and digital solutions in support of the Green Deal

Important issues:

This brokerage event aims to help coordinators and partners further develop and improve their project ideas, as well as find potential collaboration partners. It is not a unique 'buyer-seller' event.

Similarly, the brokerage event should not be used by consultants to sell their advisory services to clients. However, consultants with specific expertise who wish to become partners of Horizon Europe projects are welcome, provided they can describe and demonstrate this expertise, for example by providing references for previous Horizon 2020 or Horizon Europe projects in which they have been involved.

Who should attend the networking?

The networking event is targeted at anyone interested in participating in projects in the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 calls 2026, such as:

  • Universities

  • Research Centres

  • Private companies (including SMEs and large companies)

  • Municipalities

  • Associations/Federations

  • Public authorities/Governmental organisations

  • NGOs

  • Clusters, Hubs

  • Stakeholders engaged in R&D

Future coordinators and interested partners from all European Member States, Associated Countries and beyond are invited to join the event. Participants from widening countries are particularly welcome!
