Kaizens on various production lines (France, Ireland, China, UK, Italy, Germany…): productivity gain on production and assembly lines

Sourcing in low-cost countries: 30% cost reduction for stainless steel housings

Optimization of maintenance contracts: -10% on fixed costs

Customized training deployment for clients: composites, mechanical assembly, aerospace systems, industrial painting, lean management.

Project management (construction of a regional office and two training centers, budget 12 million euros): on-time and on-budget delivery.
