- Development of research projects through problem definition, resource availability analysis and organization and scope definition.

- Leadership of research teams, and project work-packages.

- Environmental and urban microclimatic analysis, building performance simulations relative to solar and daylight, energy use and generation, indoor and outdoor comfort, nature based solutions, and calculations of embodied and operational carbon emissions.

- Project application writing especially the sections related to excellence, objectives, results and KPIs, methods and implementation.

- Writing high-level scientific  publications.
