“BLOCKCHAIN AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLEGIENCE BASED ENERGY EXCHANGING PLATFORM”
Developing sustainable future cities depends on the opportunities to optimally integrate and mobilize food, water and energy (FWE) resources in a synergistic way to reduce water, carbon, and ecological footprints, and to increase the community resilience against challenges exacerbated by climate change, population growth, and resources depletion.
This project focuses on utilizing development Urban Emergency Management and Decision Support System integrating local authorities and citizens to make urban more robust against threats from short-term natural disasters and minimizing impact of primarily power outages later food, and water and optimizing resources on most victimized and disadvantageous people due to climate change effects.
The approach considered each level of e-participation and engagement of citizens, civil society and end users by:
developing model of most vulnerable people and his/she demands by type of shortage occurred natural disaster,
modelling and developing preexisting and/or on the fly tasking groups and assigning orders through mobile application platform IOT provide fast response.
developing decision support application module for urban planners and report /demand tool for affected pre-planned people or new victims.
developing and encouraging public administrative to create FWE supply parks and optimized planning and tasking in real time in order to respond demand just on time at destination.
