➤Head of O&M, Production director of three facilities, I manage budgets of € 4,5 m€, productions of 360 GWh / year and teams of 35 people.
➤ Operations and continuous improvement in production processes are part of my DNA. I have experience in improving key indicators, increasing availability by 3%, lowering the budget by 5% and 66% the accident rate.
