GENERAL PRESENTATION OF MOXBA-METREX & Moxba Metalúrgica do Brasil Ltda. Moxba B.V., Head Offices and storage in Almelo – The Netherlands, and the recovery plants Metrex B.V., in Heerlen – The Netherlands, and Moxba Metalúrgica do Brasil Ltda., offer excellent recycling of metal and alloy containing wastes, in particular spent catalysts from the (petro)chemical-, pharmaceutical- and food-industry, with metals like Cobalt, Molybdenum, Nickel, Copper, Chrome, Iron, Tungsten, Zinc, Vanadium… as well as precious metals as Palladium, Platinum & Rhodium. Also for a vast variety of other metal containing residues like filter cakes, filter dusts, plasma powders, mill scales, grindings, shavings, (rectification) sludges, electroplating residues, power plant ashes, alloy scrap, tailings and slags, we have valid recycling solutions. Moxba-Metrex is doing business all over the world and has established a series of continuing recycling contracts with our customers. From the Dutch authorities we obtained the necessary environmental licenses, that are based and the Dutch environmental legislation, as well as on E.U. Regulations. Our Recovery Plant Metrex B.V. in The Netherlands has been granted the status of Pre-Authorized Facility. This enables to apply for EU 2024/1157 (ex EU 1013/2006) Amber List Notifications for trans frontier transports of wastes with a validity of 3 (three) years, instead of 1 (one) year for standard Amberr List Notifications. Moxba-Metrex is well able to arrange insured transports, including the necessary documentation.            Metrex B.V. owns a rather consistent number of UN/ADR/RID/IDMG/IMCO certified Bins, with a capacity of about 2 m³, apt for the packing, transport and storage of spent catalysts and similar wastes. If desired, Moxba-Metrex will supply these containers to customers. If Your Company Group or Your customers have materials available, or will have them in the future, I will be glad to receive Your information about them, to make You a complete offer for their recovery and recycling.
