Cluster Summit Finland 2025 & Cluster Collaboration Lab (C2Lab) Kuopio, Finland

The C2Lab is for companies, cluster organisations, research organisations, actors from the civil society, and other interested entities who want to join European project consortia.

The entity must be a legal entity established in a European Union Member State or other COSME/SMP participating country.

Participation is subject to availability, as places are limited. After the registration, applicants will receive an e-mail when their participation has been validated, either a confirmation or a rejection.

We require participants to use their corporate e-mail in order to accelerate the validation process.

If the number of applications exceeds the available places, the following selection criteria will apply:

* Priority will be given to ensuring that at least one representative per organisation is accommodated.

* Preference will be given to applications from organisations established in the EU Member States.

The C2Lab is a structured one-and-a-half-day event designed to foster collaboration and support the development of high-quality project proposals. Active participation in all sessions is essential to achieving the objectives of the lab. Therefore, priority will be given to participants registered for the full programme. Those unable to attend all sessions may not be guaranteed a place. We kindly ask all applicants to ensure their availability for both days before completing their registration.
