Cluster 3 Infoday and Brokerage Event 2025

If you are Security stakeholder from a Widening Country and interested in finding partners for the Horizon Europe Civil Security for Society Topics of 2025, then look no further….

SEREN5 will host a Pitch Presentation Session at the Cluster 3 Info Day 11 & 12 June 2025 in Brussels, where researchers, security practitioners, entrepreneurs etc. will present their project ideas for the 2025 topics.

This is a chance to:

• Present Your Vision: Share your groundbreaking project idea and expertise during the Pitch Presentation.

• Network with Experts: Engage with experienced stakeholders and project coordinators.

• Build Partnerships: Connect and built partnerships that may lead to a proposal submission.

The SEREN5 Consortium will receive the pitch decks and shortlist them accordingly for the event. Coordinators and Partners from Widening Countries are encouraged to submit their pitch presentations!

Please find the Pitch Deck Template below, send it to Mr. Mark Meilak in .pptx format on mark.meilak@gov.mt with Subject: Pitch Presentation 2025 by the deadline 30.05.2025 at 17:00 CET. Please save your pitch deck in this format: Destination/s_OrganisationName e.g. FCT_University of Security

Important Notice:

• Pitch Presenters are to be physically present at the event, so registration and attendance are required.

• Kindly respect the pitch deck template structure, instructions and slides limit. Failure to do so, will disqualify your pitch presentation for the event and info pack.

• Pitch presentations are to be timed for 3 minutes, in the case of a change in timing, pitch presenters will be informed.

• Pitch decks received after the deadline will not be considered.

• Pitch presentations will be shared as an info pack after the event.
