How it works?

Participation in the matchmaking event is free of charge but registration to the exhibition at Digital Enterprise Show and the payment of the corresponding fee is required:

For solution seekers

We offer a free pass to DES2025. You MUST publish a Request in the "Opportunities" section, during your registration process. 

Participants in the Hosted Buyer Program will automatically receive complimentary access.

For solution providers

If your organization is an Exhibitor, access is included.

If your organization is not listed as an Exhibitor, you will need to purchase a Premium VIP Pass (50% discount available until June 9th). 

Start-ups selected for The Scale-UP! World Summit will receive a free pass (deadline: May 19th at 23:59 CET).

  • Registration: 15th April - 12th June 12:00 CEST
  • Meeting selection: 10th May - 12th June
  • Event selection: meetings must be accepted
  • Meetings duration: 30 min
  • Event: 10th – 12th June

1. Online registration

I. Your company profile

  • Written in English, clear and relevant to stand out and create interest for potential partners
  • The company profile will be reviewed before its approval and publication
  • All attendees need to register.

II. Contact details of the person attending the event

III. Marketplace

  • Explain the technology/product/expertise you are offering/looking for
  • Specify the type of partner you are looking for: Product/Service/Partnership/Project Cooperation/Investment Opportunity or any other request.

IV. Your Availability

  • Choose the time slots you can allocate for matchmaking meetings
  • Ensure that you don't book meeting outside the Brokerage Event on these time slots

Your company profile is your business card. Make sure it reflects your value proposition and objectives.

2. Promotion of published profiles

  • Approved profiles will be published online
  • All published profiles will be extensively promoted by the organisers of this event
  • High-quality profiles are visited about 50-150 times BEFORE the event and will still be viewed AFTER

3. Selection of bilateral meetings

    I. E-mail notification when booking is open

    • You will receive an e-mail reminding you that you can start booking bilateral meetings

    II. Booking bilateral meetings

    • Filter cooperation profiles and find the ones aligned with your goals
    • Request meetings to the companies you are interested in meeting
    • Accept/reject the meetings you are asked for

    III. Your schedule

    • Receive your meeting schedule (time & table number) a few days before the event

4. At the event

  • Check the latest version of your meeting schedule through the platform
  • Be at the Brokerage Event location 5 minutes before your meeting
  • RESPECT the other participant's time and show up to all your meetings
  • If an unforeseen circumstance comes up and you will not attend a meeting, please cancel your meetings through the platform. In this way, the other participant will get a notification
