Disrupt Lead AI Forum - Matchmaking Event

Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration. 20 minutes run fast, but they are crucial for building initial connections as they provide a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies.

The Matchmaking Event is part of the Disrupt Lead AI Forum by Product-Led Hub. The meetings will have a hybrid format (in-person and remote) and will take place on the 14th and 15th of October 2025. Physical meetings will take place at the Benaki Museum.

Instructions for Disrupt Lead AI Forum participants:

To participate in the entire forum, including the matchmaking event, please follow this link to purchase a ticket.

After purchasing your ticket for the Forum main event, you will receive an email containing your tickets and directions to the matchmaking platform. Please follow the b2match registration instructions below.

1. Register for the event

   Register via the Register button.

2. Create your profile to showcase who you are and what you are looking for

   Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.

   Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet.

   Don’t forget to add your phone number and LinkedIn profile, as it is a mandatory step for activating your account and making it visible to other participants. Be sure to include a pitch, biography, your skills, and interests in your profile. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

3. Create your marketplace Opportunity

   The Marketplace enables you to list your offer and request items and to search for suitable business partners based on these items. You can present your offer within the following categories:

   • Product

   • Service

   • Partnership

   • Project cooperation

   • Request

   Be aware that your profile will be activated and visible to other participants, ready to receive and book your meetings, only after you have added at least ONE Marketplace Opportunity Item.

4. Browse profiles of attendees

   Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection and find the most suitable collaboration partners that match your goals and interests. This allows you to maximize your chances of making valuable connections and achieving successful outcomes at the event.

5. Send & receive meeting requests and messages

   Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.

6. My schedule and meetings overview

   Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!

This networking event presents an ideal platform to identify technology and business partners through pre-arranged meetings. You simply need to register, present yourself, your company or organisation and your products or services online, and select interesting partners before the event. The earlier you submit your collaboration profile, the more visibility it will receive.

All meetings take place either on-site at the venue, Benaki Museum Athens, Greece or online. Be aware of your schedule and prepare your meetings.
