Participation in the event is free of charge.

Registration for the event lasts until 7 March or until the limit of 300 places is filled.

We recommend the participation of a maximum of 2-3 representatives from each unit at the event.

Due to the limited number of participants, only individuals with an active account in the B2match system can participate in the event. Account activation is the responsibility of the Organizers.

The registration of the FR/PL Industry is confirmed respectively by FR AID and PL Din MON.

EDF Info Day 2025 is a unique event that provides an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs, research institutions, and all those interested in European-level defense collaboration to explore the main principles of the European Defence Fund (EDF) and understand how they can actively participate in its initiatives.

During the meeting, key topics related to the potential for pan-European cooperation will be discussed, the core principles of the European Defence Fund will be presented, along with the scope of calls under the EDF Work Programme 2025. Additionally, participants will have the chance to learn how to effectively apply for funding and discover the benefits of participating in EDF-financed projects.
