Karl Grech - PCC (ICF)

As a certified coach, I support clients to discover their untapped potential and nourish it in a way that maximises their performance whilst achieving a healthy work-life balance in their personal and professional lives.

As a coach, I am a sounding board, facilitator, awareness raiser, and supporter. During a coaching session, we work on developing action plans and follow-through committed actions.

My coaching style can be described as collaborative, practical and genuine.

Amongst my various interests, my specialisation is in leadership, coaching skills, communication, and emotional intelligence (how you 'show up'). I have earned a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) award with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), trained in PRISM brain-mapping & Genos Emotional Intelligence tools, Team Coaching and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology.

I am graduated with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Management Consulting with the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. I have also achieved a diploma in Coaching & Mentoring; and a diploma in General Management. I have also completed a practical program in Masterful Coaching and Team Coaching.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, fitness training, and embracing traffic as an opportunity to listen to podcasts.
