About
Executive coaching
Executive coaching supports experienced leaders to think outside the usual ways and challenge established modes of operating. The aim of executive coaching is to turn insights into action and business benefits while supporting the coachee to grow as a leader. By finding new ways of thinking and new ways of working, the leader will be able to meet tomorrow's challenges even better.
Business coaching
Leaders rarely receive feedback from the organisation and they have fewer people who to mirror their thoughts with. Business coaching provides an excellent opportunity for the leader's own critical examination of thought processes and provides tools for concentration, impact, and personal tolerance.
Group and team Coaching
Group and team coaching encourages cooperation and peer consultation, promotes networking within the organisation and deepens trust throughout the organisation. Both individual and group coaching can be also used to support another coaching process, especially to deepen the issues discussed in the coaching sessions, or to support implementing the discussed matter into practice.
