Arrange Virtual Meetings - discuss project ideas and find reliable partners
Virtual matchmaking is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. You can request 1:1 meetings with other participants at any time (24/7) until 23 October 2025. This allows you to discuss cooperation for joint Eureka projects.
1) Registration
Register via the Register button.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your cooperation wish
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform.
Create project cooperation opportunities for your envisioned projects.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Use the marketplace to pitsch your ideas for project cooperation opportunities.
3) Browse profiles of attendees and other project cooperation opportunities
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.
Browse published project cooperation opportunities on the marketplace and send meeting requests to those you want to meet.
4) Send & receive meeting requests
When requesting a meeting, you can choose the length of the meeting (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes) and choose any time slot you want.
5) Join the meeting
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. Check your camera and microphone and don't be late!
Happy matchmaking!
