Our company, Yapıdrom, established in 2011, operates as a micromobility service provider, currently managing a fleet of 10.000+ e-bikes and e-scooters across Türkiye. The core mission of Yapıdrom is to be an active player as a micromobility technology and service provider, contributing to the resilience of cities in the face of climate change and reducing their carbon emissions in accordance with the international consensus encapsulated in the Paris Agreement. Our flagship initiative, the Smart Bicycle Rental System, has significantly contributed to the establishment of a micromobility usage culture in Türkiye by deploying this technology on a national scale. In addition to micromobility services, Yapıdrom supplies IoT tracking and lock devices, develops operational software, and ensures these systems remain fully functional. The competencies we have gained with our more than a decade of micromobility service experience can be listed as follows: • Perfected micromobility vehicle design and production capability with our operational experience and long-term user feedback, • IoT design, improvement and production capability, • Well-optimized operation and maintenance procedures for micromobility fleets, •Long-standing business relationships with many provincial and district administrations throughout Türkiye, especially with transportation-related administrative units, We would like to express our interest to take part in consortiums with stakeholders who can benefit from our competencies and prioritize mutual benefit, especially in the following subjects: • Integrated urban and peri-urban transportation systems, • Advanced, instantaneous or low-latency V2X communication technologies, • Integration of new sensor technologies into micromobility operations, • Data analysis studies that will contribute to the quality of life and sustainability in cities, • Detailed insights into user behavior and demographics, provided that they are GDPR compliant, • Use case scenarios that cover users with different demographic structures in a widespread geography, By collaborating with like-minded companies, we aim to expand our reach and impact, bringing innovative solutions to urban environments worldwide.
