Food Industry We have developed a range of non-destructive instruments and systems specifically for the food industry, particularly in the meat sector, with several patented innovations. Key products include: HAM Inspector – An automatic in-line system for classifying meat primal cuts based on fat content, salt content, and weight. HAM BrAIn – An Artificial Intelligence software that automates the control of the salting process in dry-cured hams. QMEAT Analyzer and QMEAT Probe – Tools for inspecting pork meat quality, including Water Holding Capacity analysis and detection of PSE (Pale, Soft, Exudative) and DFD (Dark, Firm, Dry) defects. gmSCAN – A grading system for pork carcasses and primal cuts. LCM-500 – A portable, handheld instrument for colorimetric and marbling analysis of meat. 2. Recycling Industry We have pioneered innovative technologies for the recycling sector, including: Hyperspectral Imaging (HIS) in the SWIR spectral region – Used for the characterization and separation of construction waste, enabling precise sorting and efficient recycling processes. Optical multisensor system – A system that combines Raman, Infrared Spectroscopy, Fluorescence, and Optical Spectroscopy, enhanced with AI algorithms, for characterizing laminated glass properties, essential for efficient waste separation and materials revalorization. 3. Photovoltaic Industry Lenz Instruments develops non-destructive inspection systems for detecting defects in both flexible and transparent solar cells, ensuring optimal performance and durability. 4. Pharmaceutical Industry We also specialize in optical systems for inspecting pharmaceutical packaging, ensuring quality and safety in this highly regulated sector.
