EURODEF 2025

The EURODEF 2025 defense BtoB brokerage event aims to establish or strengthen links and partnerships :

• between the defense & security SMEs from the entire European Union

• between the defense & security SMEs and some European defense & security large companies

The EURODEF 2025 BtoB meetings :

• aim to strengthen links, and support the creation of winning consortia, between companies from European Union countries :

  • between SMEs (in particular on the European Defense Fund)

  • between SMEs and some European defense & security large companies*

  • between SMEs and defense & security clusters

• allow the European defense & security SMEs to present their mature technologies to some European defense & security large companies, and to other SMEs.

The following themes are addressed : DEFENSE & SECURITY, AERONAUTICS, CYBER-PROTECTION, ENERGY, EXPERIMENTAL AND TEST FACILITIES, HEALTHTECHS, INTEGRATION FACILITIES, MATERIALS, MECHANICS, METALLURGY, MICROELECTRONICS, NAVAL, OPTICS, OPTRONICS, SECURE COMMUNICATIONS, SPACE.

In addition, each EURODEF 2025 participant has free access to the ENDR conferences on 'Maintenance in defense domains' (conference will include panels on Innovation in defense, International cooperation in defense maintenance, Best practices in defense maintenance and Cooperation between European defense industries) which take place in the same building on April 1st and 2nd. During the previous EURODEF edition (EURODEF 2024) more than 300 companies coming from 21 European countries registered and requested more than 1000 BtoB !

AGENDA OF THE EVENT

EURODEF 2025 takes 5 steps:

• as soon as registration is completed : each validated applyer becomes a participant and can prepare his own presentation on the virtual marketplace

• from February 17th, 2025 : each participant becomes visible on the virtual marketplace and can see the other participants

• from March 03rd, 2025 : each participant can request BtoB meetings

• from March 17th to 31st, 2025 : each participant can participate virtual BtoB meetings online via the platform’s video conferencing tool

• On April 2nd, each participant can participate the EURODEF 2025 defense BtoB brokerage event which takes place in Toulon (France), including:

  • on-site BtoB meetings

  • cocktail lunch (French caterer)

  • access to the networking area (including snackings and drinks throughout the day - French caterer)

  and

  • access to ENDR conferences on 'Maintenance in defense domains' (conference will include panels on Innovation in defence, International cooperation in defence maintenance, Best practices in defence maintenance and Cooperation between European defence industries) which take place in the same building on April 1st and 2nd. BtoB MEETINGS

BtoB meetings will be possible between all participants, in particular:

• between SMEs from all the countries of the European Union registered at the EURODEF 2025 defense BtoB brokerage event,

• between SMEs from all the countries of the European Union registered at the EURODEF 2025 defense BtoB brokerage event and the registered European defense & security large companies.

• between SMEs from all the countries of the European Union registered at the EURODEF 2025 defense BtoB brokerage event and the registered defense and security clusters.

During previous EURODEF edition (EURODEF 2024) more than 300 companies coming from 21 European countries registered and requested more than 1000 BtoB !

BtoB meetings will take place over 2 periods of time :

• from March 17th to 31st, 2025 virtually

• on April 2nd, 2025 on site (face-to-face) in Toulon (France)

In addition, on April 2nd, 2025 in Toulon (France) the EURODEF 2025 defense BtoB brokerage event will allow access to a confortable networking area where drinks and snackings will be served all day long, for additional convivial talks between participants. Representatives of regional clusters will also be present.

Please note that Eurodef 2025 welcomes too consultants which represent a European defense and security company, but consultants which represent their own consulting firm cannot attend EURODEF 2025.
