Matchmaking event - How does it work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 15 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
1) Log in
After registering, log in to the application using the “login” button to activate the networking features.
2) Complete your profile
Create a clear and concise profile to raise your visibility on the b2match platform. Add your areas of interest, objectives, skills and interests.
Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3) Add opportunities
Add Marketplace opportunities to showcase what you can offer to other participants.
4) Browse profiles of attendees
Go to the participants list to find out who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities in your area of interest.
5) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
6) Onsite Networking
A dedicated networking area will be allocated for on-site matchmaking on 2 and 3 April. A QR code will be available to access to the b2match platform and to register on-site.
The networking space will include 50 tables, each numbered for identification. These tables will provide spaces for attendees to engage in discussions, meetings, and networking sessions, fostering productive interactions and collaborations among participants.
