I work as an Executive Consultant and Business Coach for Marketing, Business Development, and Strategy for SMEs and startups. I'm appointed EIC Business Coach and Expert at the European Innovation Council (EIC) where I'm especially engaged with the "EIC Accelerator". With Big Data and AI-specialist Cherry Data s.r.l. I'm responsible for the DACH-region, and for the yndeo Foundation I act as a director volunteer.

As a marketing specialist and serial entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience, 10+ I spent in leadership positions, I gained much experience, especially in marketing strategy, business development, get-to-market, growth and scale-up. My current focus is on technology innovations, IoT, innovative web and software applications, AI and deep tech, and innovative medical services, all of it as well in an international context.

I´ve built my career in a variety of roles, industries and countries, as a serial entrepreneur more than twenty times as co-/founder and general manager, as well as an employed marketing director and member of the team of directors at one of the leading German media groups. Experience as an executive consultant and business coach in projects across Europe adds to my hands-on attitude.

As a consultant, coach, and investor for SMEs, startups, innovation, and early-stage projects, I love to support and invest in people. Over the years, I got involved in the incubation of many newly founded companies, as well as being part of the executive board of some fast-growing SMEs. It is great to share my experience as an advisor, learn from others, and enjoy seeing the companies I´m involved with thrive and prosper.

I love coaching EIC Accelerator applicants in Step 1, Step 2 Full Proposals, and successful EIC Accelerator participants. Working with innovative and inspiring teams is a blast, and I thrive on that. I'm proud to share that I've coached 40+ innovative SMEs and startups all over Europe on behalf of the EISMEA / EASME and the EIC.

A project of my heart is Project "Ten7", where we develop an AI-powered methodology for bringing unemployed people faster into decent employment. I'm the curator of this ambitious social venture.
